You will learn how to successful plan manage complex projects using   Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software, the industry recognized standard for high-performance project management software. Also learn how to successfully plan the delivery of complex projects in Prince2 and Agile Scrum project management environments.
The practical hands on extensive training that will get your foot in the door as a project planner, planning engineer or project manager.
At end the extensive 4 weeks intensive training course participants will have good knowledge project planning and project control with adequate practical experience, live project exposure and confidence to pursuit a career as a project planner or planning engineer using primavera p6 and Microsoft project as planning tools.

Experienced trainer and certified professional with over 10 years of industry and commercial experience planning and managing the delivery of complex projects and programmes for large organisations including utilities, energy/power distribution, engineering, procurement construction, IT infrastructure, software development, housing, new build and facilities managements.

Course duration
24hrs spread over of 6 weekends, consists of 16hrs of instructor led training and 8 hrs of supervised classroom practical exercises , coursework and assignments and career advice (on-going suport).
